RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION
At MultiVita IV, we require a minimum of 24-hour advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation. If you reschedule or cancel within less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you’ll be charged in full. Keep in mind, that services booked less than 24 hours in advance are non-reschedulable and non-cancellable.
LATE ARRIVALS
Delays are understandable. We’ll do our best to accommodate you when possible. However, if accommodation isn’t possible, you’ll be charged the full amount of your booked appointment.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Full charges apply for rescheduling or cancellation that occurs less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For services booked less than 24 hours in advance, cancellation or rescheduling doesn’t apply. If a registered nurse is dispatched to your location and you’re not present when they arrive, the full amount of the appointment plus the incurred fees will apply.
